Full membership are all those who comply with this Constitution, including filling the appropriate application forms, paying the required membership fees, approved by the Executive Board, and who constitute the following:
- is open for those who hold at least a Diploma/Degree/Experts in Languages, Culture, & Societies area.
- Students in in Culture, Tourism, History, Folklore, Linguistics & Literature, History or ICT, Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized University;
- Individuals with Languages, Culture & Society interest and commitment who are nominated by members;
- Institutions and organizations interested, and contributing to, Languages, Culture & Society.
- Full members have the right to elect and be elected to the office of the Association.
Institutional Membership is open to any institution who support the objectives of the Association.
- An institutional member has the right, through its representative to participate in the activities of the Association.
- It shall not elect and be elected to the office of the Association.
1. Honorary members are individuals who have made outstanding contributions to public health in Ethiopia or to 3A and who, upon being nominated by the Executive Board, are approved by a minimum of two- thirds of those attending a General Assembly.
2. Those who are not members of the charity association and who have contributed greatly to accomplishing the objectives of the charity association; Individuals or organizations who have been highly accepted by the members of the charity association and who have been engaged in the sectors in which the charity works and become effective and role models for change, will be made honorary members by the decision of the general assembly.
3. 3A Board may, at its discretion, induct a Person of Eminence, or, a Person of Outstanding Professional Distinction and contributions to the development of Languages, Culture, & Society, who is not a Member of the Association, and, whose Membership to the Society will add value to the Society, as an Honorary Member.
4. The Person being conferred the Honorary Membership shall be presented with a Certificate which shall be signed by the President and the Secretary General.
5. Honorary members do not have the right to vote in the charity association.
6. Honorary members shall not be obligated to pay membership dues or other fees unless voluntarily so requested.
